Warranty
TS Medical warrants that the Products, when delivered, will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 90 days from purchase. Customers should notify TS Medical of any defects or damage that may have occurred during shipment, and contact us via our website contact page, or email at sales@tsmedical-llc.com to coordinate return/replacement. When contacting, please provide your name, order number, email address, and reason (defect) for order verification and processing.
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All standard shipping will take 6 to 10 business days to arrive. Please note we ship via UPS Ground.
Order Status
When you place an order, you will receive an email from our fulfillment with order details and shipping information. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us through submitting a request through our contact page, or emailing us at sales@tsmedical-llc.com with your name, order number or email address that was used to place your order
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Please see our warranty policy above for defect or damaged returns/replacement information and procedure. If you were just not satisfied with FitFoot, you have 30 days from receipt. For return and refund, please provide the same information requested as defined in the warranty policy.
Once your return is received, expect to receive your refund between 2-4 weeks between return shipping time, receipt, processing, and bank processing. Refunds will be issued to the card used for your purchase. If you have not received your refund after four weeks, please contact us.
