Dave has 25+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing and Engineering with a proven history of taking high-tech solutions from concept to “best of breed” status. His tS medical primary focus is on product development/advancement, operations, and technology/product commercialization.
Prior to TS Medical, Dave has held executive positions in Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Support in organizations such as ILS Technology, ComBrio, Telco Systems, SP Global and Sengex to include the definition, development and marketing of health devices.
Dave holds degrees in Electrical Engineering, Business Management, Data Communications, and Telecommunications from Northeastern University.
Teodoro Forcht Dagi received an AB from Columbia University and an MD and MPH from Johns Hopkins University. He trained in neurosurgery at the Massachusetts General Hospital and the Guy’s, Maudsley and King’s College Hospitals Neurosurgical Unit in London. He was appointed the Neuroresearch Foundation Fellow, and then the Joseph P. Kennedy, Jr., Fellow at Harvard University. Teo also received an MBA with distinction from Wharton and was awarded a DMedSc (Honoris Causae) from Queen’s University for contributions to medicine and public service.
Through Teodoro’s experience in the effects of neurosurgery on human circulation and recovery, Mr. Dagi is assisting in TS Medical’s development of ActiveAxis solutions that can promote accelerated recovery to associated medical conditions.
Mary Anne is passionate about developing therapeutic products that enhance circulation and one day, may reduce the incidence of blood clots and venous thromboembolism (VTE).
As a urologic surgeon, she is particularly sensitive to the impact of VTE on both surgical and medical patients as well as those with certain underlying medical conditions. Her recent focus has been on the role circulation boosting products might play in surgical prehabilitation and enhanced recovery after surgery.
Mary Anne is an experienced oncology researcher and is a former Research Scholar of the American Foundation for Urologic Disease, who conducted work at the Lombardi Cancer Center, Georgetown University.
Mary Anne is the recipient of multiple honors and awards, She holds degrees from Vassar College (BA) and Georgetown University (MD), where she also completed her clinical training.

Mr. Hans Schmidt is the former chairman of Heyer Medical, and currently the Director at Sengex LLC and Chief Executive Officer at Winthrop Management Services, Inc. Hans is assisting TS Medical as an advisor through his vast experience in the development and distribution of medical devices.
Dr. Samih Bittar is a specialist in internal medicine in Toledo, OH and has over 26 years of experience in the field of medicine. He graduated from his medical school with his medical degree in 1994. He is affiliated with numerous hospitals in Ohio and more, including Riverside Methodist Hospital, Ohiohealth O’bleness Hospital, Grant Medical Center, Dublin Methodist Hospital, Morrow County Hospital, cooperates with many other doctors and specialists in medical group Ohiohealth Corporation.
Patricia has worked with TS Medical since 2016. She is closely involved in advising business strategy, partnerships, and coordinating proof of concept for market entry.
A serial entrepreneur with one exit, Patricia has co-founded several life science startups with a track record of successful fundraising and partnerships. She also has had the honor of being among the first in the nation to launch innovation programs for major health systems. Her passion is to enhance the quality of life through medical innovation.
